  1. 01Which countries do you ship to and from?

    We move cargo to and from every major trade lane that touches the Maldives: China, Singapore, India, the UAE, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, the EU, the UK, Australia and beyond. If you have an unusual origin or destination, get in touch and we'll route it through our partner network.

  2. 02Can you handle a single LCL pallet, or only full containers?

    Both. We run weekly LCL consolidations from the major Asian, Middle Eastern and European hubs into Malé, so even a single pallet can travel under our consolidation. Larger volumes go FCL on the next sailing.

  3. 03How fast is air freight from Europe or Asia into Malé?

    Standard scheduled air freight from major Asian hubs reaches Malé in 1–3 transit days; from Europe in 2–4 days. We also offer next‑flight‑out (NFO) and AOG (aircraft on ground) options for genuinely time‑critical cargo.

  4. 04Do you handle dangerous goods?

    Yes, both IATA DGR for air and IMDG for sea. We classify, pack, label and document hazardous cargo end‑to‑end, including pool chemicals, batteries, paints and aerosols.

  5. 05Can you arrange delivery to a resort island?

    Yes. Once cargo clears Malé customs, we coordinate onward delivery to the receiving resort via the appropriate dhoni, supply boat or seaplane, depending on urgency and cargo type.

  6. 06Do you offer cargo insurance?

    Yes. Through our long‑standing partnership with Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives we can attach marine and air cargo cover at the moment of booking, with claims handled locally in Malé.

  7. 07How do I request a quote?

    Visit the Get a quote page, fill in the origin, destination, cargo type, weight and dimensions, and our team will reply within one business day with a fully landed price.

  8. 08Do you handle customs clearance separately from forwarding?

    Yes. Even if your shipment was booked through another forwarder, our licensed brokerage team can take over the customs clearance at Malé port or airport and release the cargo on your behalf.

  9. 09What payment methods do you accept?

    Bank transfer to our Maldivian or USD accounts is the standard. For long‑standing accounts we offer credit terms; please contact us to set up an account.
