"MSL" means Maldives Shipping & Logistics, a freight forwarder registered in the Republic of Maldives with offices in Malé. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

We collect information you give us directly, for example when you submit the quote form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or instruct us to handle a shipment. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, and shipment details.
3. How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations, execute shipments, comply with customs and legal obligations, and keep you informed about your cargo. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the carriers, customs authorities, insurers, banks and last-mile partners required to fulfil your shipment, and with regulators where legally compelled. All such partners are subject to confidentiality obligations equivalent to our own.
5. Retention
We retain shipment records for the period required by Maldivian tax, customs and trade regulations, and only as long as necessary for our legitimate business purposes.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website uses minimal first-party storage to remember your theme preference. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. Any future analytics will be disclosed here.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@mslmv.com. We will respond within 30 days.
